They spend a lot of time reducing skepticism about their product, which is based on new scientific ideas. They understand that the buyer’s journey for their product is different from that of most other products.
The Problem
- Potential customers are highly skeptical of our partner’s product, especially on the first interaction.

- Every Ecommerce store must highlight reviews, payment, and security badges across their site. This increases trust and addresses users’ frequently asked questions when purchasing. Searchbloom performed an A/B test to confirm our hypotheses surrounding review placement.
- Our A/B Test variation placed reviews prominently on product pages, allowing users to find them easily.
- We also increased the size of the reviews, attempting to draw more attention to an element that could verify the legitimacy of our partner’s product.
Results
Within two weeks, we delivered a winning A/B test with a 30% increase in Conversion Rate. This translated to an increase of 34.5% in revenue per visitor.
